Action Construction Co. can complete your new construction and remodeling projects, giving you a choice in the type of services we offer. The relationship between Action Construction Co. and you, the project owner, may appear similar, but each service has differences where we enter the process and the role we take.
General Contractor Services
If you already have chosen an architect and have all the completed construction documents, Action Construction Co. is the trustworthy builder to bid on your project. We will cost out the project for you and, if awarded, carry through on the project within the terms of the contract.
Design-Build Services
Our Design-Build services will involve us very early in the design and planning phases of your project. The design team at Action Construction will work with you while working through the many options in the function and design of your new home or commercial building. Involving us in those discussions and decisions gives you the information you need to make the best decisions. Informed decisions assist you in having more influence over your budget and the timetable for the project’s completion. As a team, we will assist in solidifying those decisions, which will narrow down a rough cost estimate and schedule. Once there is a decision to proceed, your project’s team from Action Construction will work to finish the construction documents allowing permits to be applied for and submitted.
Construction Management Services
Hiring Action Construction Co. as Construction Manager (CM) for your project has many but not all the same benefits as our Design-Build Services. Suppose you already have a set of blueprints from an architect. In that case, we will be happy to work alongside your architect and designer if you have one. Solidifying the design and function decisions allows your team at Action Construction Co. to develop a conceptual estimate and rough schedule for your project. Once approved, we will assist in completing the construction documents required to start your building project.
